Appoints Tim Ruff as COO.
Springville, UT. - July 15, 2005 - Sales

of Tim Ruff to its senior management team
as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his
roll as COO at Sales Team Automation, Mr.
Ruff is responsible for overseeing the company's
insidesales.com product development, operations
and administration functions.

Mr. Ruff has over 10 years experience in
the technology industry having been responsible
for operations, product development delivery
and business development in a number of
international companies. In addition to
UCN, a telecommunications company, Tim has
worked in senior positions for Pinnacle
Systems and Melaleuca.
While experienced in all aspects of business
from sales to operations, Tim excels in
the area of strategic development, and will
work to further strengthen Sales Team Automation's
place in the hosted application marketplace.
