Management Team
David Elkington, CEO -

David Elkington has a rich background in
technology and business development. As
CEO, he leads the development of Sales Team
Automation's strategy both technologically
and operationally.
Before founding Sales Team Automation LLC.,
David Elkington co-founded Integr8ted Technology
Solutions, LLC., a leading e-business consulting
and application development firm. Before
that, Mr. Elkington Co-founded and served
as the director of business development
of Everfill, Inc., an e-Health distribution
company, until the sale of the company.
Prior to that, Mr. Elkington was an investment
banking financial analyst with Deutsche
Banc Alex. Brown in Baltimore, Maryland,
where he was a member of transaction team
for IPO's, follow-on offerings, debt offerings,
and merger and acquisition assignments for
Internet e-commerce, retail, and business
services companies.
Additionally, Mr. Elkington worked for
Merrill Lynch and MiraQuest Capital (a healthcare
technology venture capital firm). He has
a background in computer science and holds
a Bachelors of Arts degree in Philosophy
from Brigham Young University with minors
in Business, Japanese and Hebrew.
Kenneth Krogue, President

Kenneth Krogue joined Sales Team Automation
in November 2004 and manages marketing,
inside sales, channels sales and development.
In this role, he is responsible for working
with the chairman and chief executive officer
to set the vision and strategy for the company
as well as overseeing all day-to-day sales
and marketing operations. Mr. Krogue brings
more than 15 years of experience in sales,
development and marketing in both domestic
and international markets.
Prior to joining Sales Team Automation,
Mr. Krogue was one of the original founders
of UCN (NYSE:UCNN), where he served most
notably as the Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to UCN, he created and directed the
inside sales division at FranklinCovey (NYSE:FC),
a leading provider of time and life management
training systems. Prior to Franklin, Mr.
Krogue's experience includes serving as
Marketing Director for Infobases International,
Inc., an information database company, and
as Sales Manager for a Utah-based computer
reseller. He attended the United States
Naval Academy and earned a Bachelors degree
in Psychology from the University of Utah.
Nicholas Leippe, Vice
President of Technology - nleippe@SalesTeamAutomation.com
Nicholas Leippe brings nearly 15 years
of experience in leading-edge technology
research and product development to Sales
Team Automation. He is responsible for Sales
Team Automation platform engineering and
led the design and development efforts for
the Sales Team Automation 2.0 Platform.
Prior to joining Sales Team Automation,
Nicholas held positions with MySQL AB, MyComputer.com,
Data Transit and Microsoft Corporation.
Mr. Leippe is a member of IEEE, Eta Kappa
Nu, and Mensa societies. Mr. Leippe received
a Bachelor of Sciences from Brigham Young University
in Computer Engineering.
